Yesterday the Cathedral Chapter came for their November meeting and Mass. The Canons meet twice a year and celebrate Mass with the Bishop after their meetings. In November the Mass is always offered for the deceased clergy of the Diocese, and - weather permitting - is followed by a visit to the cemetery for prayers for the dead. Yesterday it was just about fine enough for the cemetery visit to take place; here are a couple of images of the walk up to the bishops' tomb, which stands in the centre of the cemetery.
